Mountain Madness!
Every year, Redhook Brewery teams up with Fire on the Mountain / Burning Boards ski and snowboard shop to bring the Seacoast an amazing ski movie premier. This year's feature wass Matchstick Productions' new film The Hit List, and when they asked us to open up the show, how could we say no?
The show was good, we got to meet some of the amazing athletes from the movie, and we had a great evening in Ossipee afterwards.

"This is gonna be a big one!"
When I wrote that, I was talking about the festival itself, but I should have been talking about the rainstorm. It was beyond big... It was ridiculous. We made every effort to play, but in the end the weather won out.
What a great night! We kicked off our residency at the Barley Pub in style. Dave Gerrard came down and added his golden touch to the evening. We played a couple of tunes, but mostly we just improvised - you know how we like to to it.
Don't miss our other Wednesday night engagements at the Barley Pub. They'll be just as good...
Hold on to your socks!! We'll be ripping it up at home, with Jen Durkin's Bomb Squad. You'd better make it to this show.

Who said we're not hardcore?
We play from 8-9:15pm on Friday night. The festival continues throughout the weekend.
What's a little rain?
It sure didn't keep us from having a great time. We played a fabulous late night set (watch for recordings), in beautifully remote Starks, ME. We fell asleep at 5am, and the rains chased us out of town at 10.
It was the best of times... well...
We certainly had a great time while it lasted. We had some great guests up to jam with us. A big salute to the fifth toe -- Andy Russell, who rocked it on harmonica and guitar. Thanks also to DJ Mistakes who spun some up-tempo beats between sets, and Tony and Dan who came up and jammed out.
Thanks also to everyone who contributed to Fuzz's birthday raffle. Congrats to Luke, who ended up with a little piece of Funkfoot history
Of course, when the fight broke out, we weren't too excited, but at least it wasn't any of our fans. You'd never do something like that, right guys? Of course not...
Don't worry -- we'll be back at Dan's before too long.

As usual, the Lamprey rocked. Ash blew out the hinge on his bass pedal, so we got a new one and kept going.

We'll be at Scorpion's soon.
Our best show yet at the Lamprey! The crowd was great, and just kept growing. People got their groove ON.
We had beautiful weather for this gig, our first open-air show. Chuck Cressy, owner of the Durham Marketplace, personally introduced us, and we rocked Durham for two hours. A whole bunch of our friends came out (big thanks to Jenn, Shmoo, Fred and their respective crews). It was definitely a blast.
We recorded this gig. Head over to the music page to hear songs from the show (or to hear yourself, if you were there).
Our first show at the Lamprey. What a great time! So many people showed up, it energized the whole performance.
Our first gig as a band, but (hopefully) not our last at Chugger's Palace. We debuted a lot of new material, and only played one cover the entire set. The response we got really motivated us to dive back into the creative process.
